Responsibilities

• Co-create and lead the implementation of an influencer marketing strategy framework for a team of social media strategists and project managers
• Enhance our influencer marketing impact scoring system and work closely with data analysts to grow its application
• Drive social listening, managing, and executing social media campaigns, including taking over clients social media accounts and boosting posts
• Act as the creative thought leader, ensuring that the team delivers effective and engaging social media campaigns that reflect our standards
• Serve as a strategic soundboard to the product and data analysis teams, providing insights that lead to product improvements and new feature development

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media analytics and/or influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, and the local nuances across the region
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
