Job Description

Responsibilities

As Social Campaign Specialist, you are the operational heartbeat of our social campaigns. You make things happen - transforming bold ideas into seamless execution across creators, strategists, and clients. You thrive in the details - timelines, trackers, deliverables - but never lose sight of the bigger picture: producing best-in-class social campaigns that move people and deliver results. You're equal parts organizer, collaborator, and quality guardian, ensuring every post, video, and story reflects the brief, the brand, and our creative standards.

What You'll Do

Campaign Management & Coordination

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital and social campaigns, from briefing to final delivery
  • Coordinate with strategists, creatives, and media teams to ensure deliverables meet the brief and campaign objective
  • Maintain and update a master project tracker, ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met
  • Serve as the central point of contact for campaign progress across internal teams and external partners

Quality Control & Feedback Management

  • Check deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment to brief before client submission
  • Manage revisions and feedback loops between clients, creators, and internal teams
  • Consolidate and communicate feedback clearly, ensuring swift and accurate implementation

Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders on campaign milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Collect post-campaign statistics and performance data from creators and media partners
  • Support the strategists in compiling post-campaign reports and learnings

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with Social Content Strategists to bring campaign ideas to life with precision and excellence
  • Maintain open communication with clients and creators to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively
  • Ensure alignment between organic and paid campaign executions

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in digital, social media, or influencer campaign management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for creative quality and brand alignment
  • Proficient in social media platforms, influencer management tools, and campaign tracking systems
  • Bonus: experience in creator management, content production workflows, or post campaign reporting
