Responsibilities:
- Control access by strictly enforcing rules for all staff and visitors.
- Conduct rigorous checks on heavy vehicles and bags to prevent prohibited items (e.g., lighters, cigarettes, cameras) from entering hazardous zones.
- Patrol perimeter fencing and yards to detect security breaches and safety hazards (e.g., chemical smells, leaks, or blocked fire routes).
- Manage heavy vehicle traffic flow to prevent congestion during peak hours.
- Respond promptly to fire alarms or chemical spills and assist the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) with site containment.
- Record all daily occurrences and safety breaches accurately in the logbook for client audits.
- Team Supervision (For Supervisors): Lead shift briefings, deploy manpower effectively, and ensure officer welfare (hydration/alertness) in the industrial heat.
