Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Initiate and drive multi-pronged sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing partners.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize internal databases, external channels, and digital tools to source, identify, and select top-tier talent within your specialized market.
- Candidate Management: Screen, qualify, and assess high-potential candidates, ensuring a strong alignment with job descriptions as well as organizational culture and personality fit.
- Market Intelligence: Establish high-trust relationships by providing clients with in-depth industry insights and employment market trends (using Randstad's proprietary data or your own research).
- Consultative Advisory: Keep pace with sector trends to advise clients on human capital development and hiring strategies.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven track record as a 360-recruiter will be considered for a Senior Consultant position.
- Sales professionals with a keen interest in recruitment sales within the Engineering, Facilities, or Construction space are highly encouraged to apply.
- Comprehensive training is provided for candidates with no prior recruitment experience.
