Delegates work to subordinates and ensure the works are carried out satisfactory.
Manage and control subordinates overtime.
To assist and attend to problems at sites and complaints by customer tactfully.
To ensure that all plant and production documentation are properly retrieved, recorded, authorized and sent to the respective department at the required times.
