The Partnerships & Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing and maximising media and partnership opportunities across the business. This role manages and monetizes in-house media assets by curating high-quality content and securing commercial partnerships. A core requirement of this role is an existing, active network of media agencies, media buyers, and/or advertisers that can be immediately leveraged to drive demand and revenue.
This is a foundational role suited to a self-starter who thrives on building from the ground up. The successful candidate will establish processes, open doors using their existing relationships, manage ongoing partnerships with agencies and advertisers, and coordinate closely with asset owners and internal stakeholders. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to operate independently while delivering measurable results.
Identify and develop new business lines and partnership opportunities aligned with the company's media and commercial objectives
Proactively source, approach, and qualify potential partners across both public and private sectors.
Clearly articulate the company's media products and value proposition to prospective partners.
Develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and commercial narratives tailored to different partner needs.
Lead partnership discussions from initial outreach through to negotiation and closure.
Drive momentum through disciplined follow-ups, stakeholder management, and timely execution to convert opportunities into revenue.
Work closely with internal teams and asset owners to shape partnership offerings and ensure timely and quality delivery.
Overseeing and managing the rollout of each campaign from start to the end, ensuring visuals and communications meet campaign objectives.
Tracking the deliverables and results of the campaign
Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to communicate results and insights.
Experience in securing and managing partnerships, both private and public
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling proposals and content.
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation
Other than basic salary package, the role has a target based commission structure.
