Purpose
The Snr/ Manager of Leadership & Organization Development (L&OD) role support the Head of L&OD to understand business needs and to design, develop, and implement leadership and organizational development initiatives.
As a member of the L&OD team, this role focuses on building leadership team capabilities and embedding effective change management practices to drive the successful execution of business plans through people and organizational culture
Role Requirement:
Leadership Development
Design and implement on-the-job leadership programs, coaching, and workshops to build leadership capabilities at all levels. Support the L&OD in identifying leadership needs and succession planning.
Organizational Development
Support or Co-Lead initiatives that improve organizational design, culture, and employee engagement. Facilitate change management processes aligned with business strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with HR Leadership Team, HR business partners, and business units to understand leadership development needs, tailor solutions accordingly and end to end collaboration.
Communication & Reporting
Draft pre and post internal consulting presentations, project scoping, OD approach and communications with Head of L&OD to highlight progress and outcomes of development initiatives.
Detail-Oriented and Precision-Focused
Strong attention to detail, with a keen sensitivity to facts, data, and critical information that ensure high-quality outcomes throughout each phase of organizational development work.
