about the job
- Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines
- Design of M&E systems installation and commissioning
- Monitor and track the progress of M&E works
- Ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM)
- Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule
requirement
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Min 4 years of experience in Mechancial or Electrical design (consultancy environment or main contractor)
- Certified Professional Engineer will be consider for lead / management role
- Industrial / commercial building consultancy experience will be a plus
- Comfortable working 4.5 days work week (Mon to friday half day)
- Training given to candidate with no experience
