Job Description

  • Coordinate and deliver staff wellness, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding programmes.

  • Support the planning and execution of wellness activities, workshops, and staff engagement events.

  • Administer staff recognition and awards initiatives in accordance with organisational guidelines.

  • Manage communications and outreach for wellness and engagement initiatives across the organisation.

  • Assist in analysing employee feedback (e.g. engagement or pulse surveys) and support action planning.

  • Compile data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports and presentations.

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to HR engagement and wellbeing-related committees.

  • Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • min. Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Health Management, or related disciplines.

  • Possess min. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, staff recognition and rewards, HR administration, or programme coordination, preferrably from a healthcare setting.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
