Job Summary:
. Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, employee administration, training coordination, and HR initiatives to ensuresmooth and efficient HR processes.
Responsibilities:
. Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
. Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
. Administer work pass applications.
. Coordinate training activities, learning initiatives and performance review cycles.
. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and provide general HR administrative support.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
. Basic knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices
. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Singaporean only need apply
