Snr/ Assistant Manager (Healthcare Facilities Development)

As Project Manager, support Institution Lead in Campus facilities development through project planning, implementation, and system establishment.

Job Summary:

• Monday - Friday, Office Hours

• Location: Central Region

• Government Healthcare Institution

• AWS + PB + Yearly Increment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation projects
• Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services
• Oversee project delivery: budget/schedule preparation, contractor management, quality control, and related activities
• Develop project governance policies and processes
• Execute special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and any discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Project Manager with 2+ years experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities. Public sector experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and health standards for infrastructure development.
• Ability to understand and administer PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts.
• Healthcare/clinical operations background is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Proven project management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Stakeholder engagement and team collaboration expertise
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven professional
