Finance Executive(Construction Industry)

Key Responsibilities
Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements aligned with project and corporate requirements.

Budget management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and highlightvariances to management.

Cost control: Implement cost-saving measures, analyse project costing, andensure financial efficiency.

Accounts payable & receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier payments,and follow up on client collections.

Payroll support: Assist HR in payroll processing, overtime calculations, andCPF contributions.

Compliance & audit: Ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulationssupport internal and external audits.

Project finance support: Work closely with project managers to align financialplanning with construction timelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
