Prepare and review tax computations for individual, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and withholding tax.
Assess and research complex tax issues to identify solutions within the Singapore context.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
Offer support and guidance during audits by IRAS or any other auditing bodies.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, including handling of tax queries and correspondence with IRAS.
Liaise with clients for necessary information
Submit tax computations and Form C/Form CS to IRAS
Assist clients in dispute resolution and enquires from IRAS
Assist with any other matters in relation to tax
Prepare un-audited financial statements
Prepare XBRL for Annual return submission
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy preferably in an accounting/business/tax-related field or a professional qualification under ISCA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA and ICAEW schemes.
Minimum 3 year of experience in Audit & Compilation Report.
Conversant and understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Company Act
Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheets
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Possess initiative and ability to work independently
Able to start in short notice or immediately is preferably
Proficiency with Singtax software will be an added advantage
