This individual should demonstrateexcellent communication skills,thought leadership, and a deep understanding of technical and architectural best practices.

The ideal candidate will bring acomprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)and be well-versed inAgile methodologies. You should have hands-on experience indatabase programming, including writingSQL stored procedures, functions, macros, and triggersto support automation and high-performance transformations.

A successful candidate will:

• Lead solutions fromconcept to implementation, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals.
• Be comfortable withdocumentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
