As a SMT Technician, these positions are crucial in supporting our customers with high-fidelity systems through both hands-on sessions and back-end data processing work. The focus of these roles is on electronics manufacturing, specifically assembling and testing electronic components onto circuit boards and substrates. This involves process control and requires a high level of precision. It demands expert-level operation and programming of automated assembly and inspection machinery, such as Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray systems. Mastery of these precision equipment operations is essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of the products we deliver to our customers.

Be Part of Our Success

  • SMT Equipment Expertise: Setup and programming of Pick & Place, Stencil Printers, Reflow Ovens, AOI/AXI, Wave/Selective Soldering machines (e.g., Fuji, ASM, Heller, DEK).
  • Process Knowledge: Reflow profiling, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Paste/Stencil Design, X-ray.
  • Quality Standards: Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001).
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain high-yield SMT processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CI) and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and reduce defects.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) from development to production.
  • Manage process documentation (route card, BOMs) and engineering changes.
  • Work closely with QA and Production teams to ensure quality standards are met.


Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields
  • Preferred at least 3 years in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, focusing on new product introduction, process development, and quality control.
  • Hands-on experience in machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and production SOPs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
  • Effective communication and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.
  • Open to contract, renewable
