Your Role

As our Smart Home Technician, you are the face of Koble. You'll lead on-site meetings, configure and integrate smart devices such as lighting systems, air conditioning, curtain controls, security cameras, and Wi-Fi networking setups.

Working closely with both installers and homeowners, you'll help bring their vision of a smart home to life.

From creating personalized automation scenes to providing hands-on technical support, you play a key role in making homes smarter, more efficient, and truly connected.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & On-Site Support

• Lead on-site meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Configure and integrate smart home systems tailored to each home
• Assist with device installation when required
• Educate homeowners on system usage, automation, and benefits
• Create personalized home automation scenes and rules
• Test, troubleshoot, and manage smart home devices

We're seeking independent, driven, and hands-on individuals who:

• Are service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Have solid organizational skills and enjoy teamwork
• Are comfortable working in renovation environments (dusty, on-site)
• Are passionate about smart home technology and networking
• Have basic experience in residential electrical work and LED strip soldering
