AIR-CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATING EQUIPMENT INSTALLER

Job Description:

• Install air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at residential, commercial, or industrial premises.
• Perform on-site inspection, measurement, and preparation before installation works.
• Mount indoor and outdoor units, piping, trunking, brackets, insulation, and related equipment.
• Carry out wiring, testing, commissioning, and system checks to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose basic faults and rectify installation-related issues.
• Conduct servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of defective parts when required.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for daily site work.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at work sites after completion of installation works.
• Support other technical and maintenance duties as assigned by the employer.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration installation work.
• Able to use installation tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Knowledge of split unit, multi-split, and refrigeration system installation is preferred.
• Able to read basic technical drawings, service manuals, or installation instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work at different job sites.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and workplace safety awareness.
