Defines high-impact, long-term digital transformation architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end digital tools, partnering with operation team and technical team. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across operation. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic digital roadmap to the organization.

Summary of Job Description

Job Summary:
Join our Digital Transformation PMO and take the lead in driving the next wave of Smart Factory and Manufacturing Automation initiatives across our global operations. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to identify challenges, design solutions, and implement cutting-edge digital programs that elevate operational efficiency and readiness for Industry 4.0.

You'll lead and deliver robotics, RFID, IoT, and process automation projects, from ideation to implementation-transforming insights into measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital manufacturing roadmap, influence strategy, and work hands-on with emerging technologies in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Who You Are:
You're a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong foundation in manufacturing or supply chain systems (ERP/MES), and a passion for digital transformation. You thrive on collaboration, data-driven decisions, and translating complex ideas into real business outcomes.

  • Independently identifies and resolves both common and complex challenges, leading sophisticated Manufacturing Robotic Automation projects or key modules of large-scale programs within operations, supply chain management, and logistics domains.
  • Collaborate with business functions to identify pain points and recommend effective solutions that address the organisation's specific challenges.
  • Designs, drives, and implements programs to elevate the overall maturity and effectiveness of manufacturing landscapes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and future-readiness.
  • Drive or Support end-to-end project management activities - from ideation, planning, and stakeholder alignment to execution, monitoring, and implementation. Gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle including initiation, scheduling, risk management, and post-implementation review
  • The member is expected to assist in developing detailed project charters, ROI analysis, and presentation materials necessary to transition a PoC into a fully funded project.
  • Takes ownership of decision-making processes within projects, contributing innovative digital solutions and strategic insights to management teams.
  • The ability to research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing (beyond just robotics) to inform the digital roadmap.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of supply chain ERP/MES/planning systems, with a strong preference for candidates who have extensive experience in complex manufacturing environments, particularly in electronics and high-tech industries.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory concepts, including the application of IoT and Robotics for manufacturing automation.
  • Expectation of basic proficiency in analyzing operational data (e.g., using SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools) to measure the effectiveness of PoCs (e.g., measuring OEE or cycle time improvements).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard integration technologies and protocols, such as EDIs and APIs.
  • A high level understanding in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, with a preference for candidates who have experience in industry consulting or transformational roles in these domains.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from design to implementation, with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with demonstrated success in stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in requirement analysis, product and platform prototyping, and a strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in managing dynamic, evolving project requirements with a strong focus on task prioritization and management.
  • Experience in challenging existing processes constructively and driving continuous improvement for enhanced outcomes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital product management, particularly in building digital platforms and intelligent process automation solutions, including advanced analytics, business intelligence, and blockchain applications within supply chains.
  • Expertise in leading-edge technologies in supply chain analytics and transformation, with excellent analytical and program management capabilities.
  • Certifications in Program Management, such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
