Hawksman Technology is working with a leading real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform that is building blockchain-based financial products bridging traditional finance and DeFi.

Role: Smart Contract Developer

We are looking for a Smart Contract Developer to join our client's engineering team. You will help design and build the smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure powering tokenized financial products.

This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3, where you will work on products such as tokenized assets, on-chain treasury products, and DeFi integrations.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and security teams to develop secure, scalable, and compliant smart contract systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for tokenized real-world assets.
• Build and maintain contracts for token issuance, redemption, and asset management.
• Work with engineers on multi-chain deployments and blockchain integrations.
• Integrate oracles and external data feeds into smart contract systems.
• Ensure contracts are secure, well-tested, and audit-ready.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and smart contract audits.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to support regulated blockchain products.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, with experience in blockchain development.
• Strong experience writing smart contracts in Solidity.
• Good understanding of Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains.
• Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-4626.
• Experience with testing frameworks and security best practices for smart contracts.
• Interest in DeFi, tokenization, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
