Job Description

We are seeking an FRCS & FPM Senior Manager to lead the Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems (FRCS) function, overseeing ERP, Financial Consolidation, Financial Planning & Management (FPM), and related finance technology platforms. This role will define and drive the strategy, governance, delivery standards, and transformation roadmap that enable StarHubs finance and planning capabilities.

As FRCS & FPM Senior Manager, you will:

• Own the FRCS strategy, operating model, and technology roadmap across ERP, consolidation, planning, and reporting platforms.
• Partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Technology, and business stakeholders to align priorities and investment decisions.
• Drive enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives that improve governance, data quality, operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and business decision-making.

This role reports to the Vice President of Business Technology Solutions and is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving StarHubs Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems (FRCS) landscape. The role ensures that ERP, Financial Consolidation, Financial Planning & Management (FPM), and related finance technology platforms effectively support the organisations financial operations, planning processes, governance requirements, and transformation objectives.

The FRCS & FPM Senior Manager is responsible for leading finance technology capabilities within Business Technology Solutions, overseeing strategic platforms, vendor partnerships, and enterprise initiatives spanning ERP modernisation, financial consolidation, planning transformation, reporting, and process automation.

You will play a pivotal role in driving technology-enabled finance transformation, establishing governance frameworks, strengthening financial controls, and enabling seamless integration across finance systems and enterprise platforms. Through close collaboration with Finance, FP&A, Risk, Compliance, and Technology leadership, you will ensure that StarHubs finance technology ecosystem delivers operational excellence, planning agility, financial transparency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

FRCS Strategy & Transformation Leadership

• Define and execute the enterprise FRCS roadmap, integrating ERP, consolidation, and FPM systems.
• Lead large-scale ERP and financial transformation programmes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A).
• Drive adoption of standardised, automated, and scalable finance processes across the organisation.
• Align FRCS initiatives with enterprise digital transformation and data strategies.

Financial Planning & Management (FPM) Systems Leadership

• Own and govern FPM/EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, SAC Planning).
• Lead design and optimisation of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models.
• Enable advanced scenario modelling, analytics, and performance insights for decision-making.
• Oversee planning cycles, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and governance compliance.

Architecture, Integration & Data Governance

• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, FPM, and reporting systems.
• Establish data governance frameworks, including master data, hierarchies, and validation rules.
• Drive improvements in data integrity, reconciliation automation, and reporting accuracy.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Embed internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks into system design.
• Ensure adherence to financial governance, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Strengthen system-driven controls to reduce audit findings and operational risk.

Delivery, Vendor & Operations Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements through implementation and optimisation.
• Manage system integrators, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Oversee release management, testing, and production stability.
• Ensure operational excellence, including L2/L3 support models and system reliability.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Drive automation, AI-enabled insights, and process optimisation across FRCS.
• Reduce manual effort and cycle times across finance and planning processes.
• Identify and deliver high-impact enhancements aligned to business priorities.

Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and develop a high-performing FRCS team (functional + systems + planning expertise).
• Mentor managers and senior engineers build multi-domain capabilities (finance + technology).
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirement

• 1215+ years in finance systems, FP&A systems, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Proven leadership in ERP, consolidation, and/or FPM platform implementations.
• Strong expertise in finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and planning cycles.
• Hands-on experience with planning platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, SAC).
• Deep understanding of data governance, system integration, and financial controls.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendors at scale.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
