ToppingsKids is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Singapore, representing and distributing some of Korea's most loved consumer brands. As our skincare business continues to scale, we are looking for our first dedicated Skincare Marketing & Creative Lead to lead and execute all marketing and creative initiatives within the skincare category.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes skincare-someone who understands products deeply, enjoys being on camera, and is excited to take ownership of brand storytelling from strategy to execution.
Role Overview
As the Skincare Marketing & Creative Lead, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing and creative activities for our skincare brands. You will work cross-functionally while also being hands-on-creating content, hosting live commerce sessions, and representing the brands directly through real product usage.
This is a key role with high visibility and the opportunity to shape the future of our skincare category.
This position is open to candidates at different seniority levels.
The final title and scope will be determined based on experience, skill set, and overall fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for skincare brands across e-commerce and social platforms
- Lead creative planning and production, including:
- Short-form video content (social, ads, live commerce highlights)
- Product-focused content based on real usage and firsthand experience
- Host and participate in live commerce and livestream sessions, introducing and demonstrating skincare products
- Build and refine brand messaging and storytelling tailored to Singapore and Malaysia markets
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, performance marketing, operations) and external partners (marketplaces, KOLs, offline retailers and more)
- Stay up to date with skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer behavior in the beauty industry
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality output
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics marketing and/or creative roles
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and routines
- Experience creating on-camera content (video, social media, or live)
- Comfortable hosting or speaking during live streams and video shoots
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with skincare or beauty brands (brand-side, agency, or distributor)
- Background in e-commerce or D2C businesses
- Familiarity with live commerce platforms and social media trends
- Fluency in Korean/Chinese is a plus English proficiency is required
- Open to Singaporeans, PRs, or those with existing work authorization.
