Job Description

Coordinates site training plan in conjunction with the RTC.
Provides clear and concise guidance, materials and instructions to security staff as required.
Maintain a comprehensive current database on all training activities, to include participants, results and completion rates.
Oversee training and exercises as necessary for site security to maintain and improve levels of proficiency and readiness.
Identify, report and document site training opportunities to SOM.
Direct and oversee all training activities conducted by supervisors with their assigned security staff.
Ensure all aspects of the onboarding training program are implemented and recorded.
Routinely measure and assess the proficiency and effectiveness of training to ensure vendor and Client's expectations are implemented.
Uniformed security personnel as per global standards.
