Site Survey Lead (IoT Projects)

## What You'll Be Doing

# Site Survey & Assessment

- Conduct comprehensive site surveys at schools to assess infrastructure and determine smart equipment requirements

- Document site conditions, technical specifications, and identify potential implementation challenges

- Determine optimal placement for sensors and equipment (Energy Meters, Water Meters, occupancy sensors, temperature sensors, IoT controllers)

# Bill of Materials (BOM) Development

- Prepare accurate BOM based on site survey findings

- Ensure alignment with project specifications, budget, and technical requirements

- Coordinate with equipment supplier for timely material availability

# Installation Coordination & Management

- Plan and coordinate installation activities with subcontractors

- Provide technical guidance and clear instructions to subcontractors

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, school regulations, and quality guidelines

# Integration with IoT Platform

- Oversee integration of installed smart equipment with IoT platform

- Work with technical teams on configuration, testing, and commissioning

- Work with IoT Platform team to troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues

# Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with school authorities to schedule site visits, installations, and testing

- Communicate project progress and manage expectations

- Build positive relationships with school staff, subcontractors, and internal teams

- Address stakeholder queries professionally and promptly

# Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (site survey reports, installation records, integration test results)

- Provide regular progress updates to project managers

- Prepare handover documentation upon project completion

## What We're Looking For

# Background & Experience

- 1-3 years of working experience

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines will be a plus

- Experience or interest in IoT, facilities management, building automation, or engineering projects is a plus

- Familiarity with MOE projects or education sector environments is advantageous

# Technical Skills

- Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) IoT devices, sensors, and building automation systems

- Basic knowledge of network connectivity and system integration

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting

- Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and systems
