Site Supervisor

Job Description:

• Monitoring construction processes, as well as providing training and team-building sessions
• Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections are required
• Ensure that the progress of work is within the schedule
• Attend site meetings
• Providing training for new staff
• Review construction drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and adapt to changes in plans or schedules
• Maintain project documentation and prepare comprehensive progress reports

Requirements:

• Experience 8 years of experience in the construction sector
• Must be willing to work on a shift basis (day/night)
• Must be willing to work on Sunday and Public holidays
• Certificate in building construction supervisor safety required
