Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To assist Site Manager or Superior
• To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Coordinate between colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor's progress in accordance to schedule.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas to carry out the works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• To coordinate with client's supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
• To liaise with Main-con and other contractors to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
