Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

. Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.

. Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress.

. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.

. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays.

. Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards.

. Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders.

. Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers accommodation/dormitories when required.

. Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites.

. Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures.

. Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction or related industry.

. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

. Good knowledge of construction site operations and work coordination.

. Able to supervise and manage construction workers effectively.

. Able to communicate and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

. Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently in a site environment.

. Willing to travel between different project sites when required.
