Job Description

Supervise project site activities to ensure adherence to drawings, designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with the Project Engineer on site to support project execution and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all trades to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards
Communicate daily work progress updates to the Project Manager and Project Engineer to facilitate informed decision-making
Plan and schedule workers tasks on a weekly and monthly basis to optimize resource allocation and productivity
Manage the receipt and handling of materials and equipment on site to ensure availability and proper storage
Document daily site activities and decisions by taking detailed site minutes to maintain accurate project records
Demonstrate effective teamwork and adaptability by working collaboratively within the site office environment
