Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Hold daily Toolbox meeting
• Monitor and ensure the project progress are in line with the master schedule
• Ensure all work are carried out accordance to the safety requirement / procedure
• Manage all the site workers and training of new workers
• Coordinate with various departments on the resources required for the project
• Coordinate all deliveries to project site
• Routine report to the Project Manager on the site matters

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess BCSS certification
• Able to communicate, motivate and discipline the workforce
• Ability to mediate / resolve site issues
• Good organisation skill
• Good knowledge of construction safety procedure
