Job Description

  • Day-to-day supervision of work on site.
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and progress as per drawings, specs and programme.
  • Acting as a link between site workers, subcontractors, engineers, and management.
  • Ensure all workers follow safety rules.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
  • Report and help investigate near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
  • Check that equipment and tools used on site are safe and certified.
  • Coordinate with HSE officers for inspections and corrective actions.
