Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for solar panel installation and maintenance, ensuring technical accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient manpower deployment to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for solar panel installation and maintenance to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Plan manpower deployment, work sequences, and monitor site progress to optimize resource utilization and meet deadlines
- Assist in technical coordination of solar PV systems, electrical installation, testing, and maintenance to resolve issues and maintain system performance
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project requirements and safety standards
- Enforce workplace safety and health compliance at the site to maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct site inspections and report work progress and issues to management for informed decision-making
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients on work schedules and technical matters to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist in troubleshooting, rectification, and maintenance of electrical and solar systems to minimize downtime
- Prepare basic reports, work records, and documentation to support project tracking and compliance
- Support productivity improvement initiatives and manage proper material and tool control at the site
Required competencies and certifications
- Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites certification
- Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification
- Course on Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawings and site planning
- Skilled in MS Office for documentation and reporting
