Site Supervisor

You will play a key role in the planning and execution of day-to-day marine operations to support the projects, maintaining the operational readiness of the Manpower & equipment, as well as ensure all required marine support are consistently and promptly met with high levels of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

This is primarily achieved through efficient coordination with our internal Project Managers and effective vendor management to ensure that the services provided are of a high standard, as well as performing procurement processes to obtain new equipment and services.

You are also expected to assist the management to value add to the Marine Department in its transformation on digitalisation and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and executive marketing strategies to promote the company services.
• Conduct direct and indirect sales of the company's own and/or third-party assets.
• Provide assistance with the management in generating sales strategies based on market trends and industry insights.
• Gather market information and provide recommendations and feedback to the management.
• Oversee and manage the operations to ensure high-quality services are delivered to the clients.
• Ensure the operational readiness of men and maintain relationships with clients for their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and address any issues that may arise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
