Monitor Work Quality - Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

Track Project Progress - Monitor schedules, report progress, and help ensure deadlines are achieved.

Material and Equipment Management - Coordinate the delivery, storage, and proper use of construction materials and equipment.

Maintain Site Records - Keep daily reports, attendance records, work progress updates, and inspection records.

Coordinate with Engineers and Management - Communicate site conditions, progress, and requirements to project managers, engineers, and clients.
