SITE SUPERVISOR

We're looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Job Description

• Support Project Manager / Project Engineer on daily site work.
• Supervise site works and subcontractors activities.
• Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting
• Planning of manpower allocation
• Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping. Enforce WSH policies and drive safety on site.
• Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
• Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.
• Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.

Requirements:

. Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor

. Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations

. Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

. Can work well in a team

. Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

. Ability to keep track of multiple projects
