Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise, monitor and control projectfor compliance to specifications anddrawings.
• Resolve site technical issues to ensureinspection and approval by theconsultant of the work done.
• Laise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, clients and other partiesinvolved in the projects.
• Attend site meeting, inspections, prepareand submit necessarydocuments/reports for projects.
• Day-to-day management of the site,including supervising and monitoring thesite labour force.
• Able to provide technical advice andsolving problems on-site.
• Ensure compliance to all Governmental,Building Rules, Regulations and Safety atsite.

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years relevant experience in construction industry.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
