Site Supervisor

1. Site Supervision & Coordinating

• Supervise daily construction activities on site

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedule

• Monitor workers, subcontractors and machinery operations

• Ensure proper workmanship and productivity

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer and subcontractors

• Arrange manpower and daily work planning

• Attend site meetings and toolbox briefings

• Report site progress, issues and delays to management

3. Quality Control

• Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with approved drawings

• Check materials delivered to site are correct and approved

• Rectify defects and ensure proper finishing standards

• Prepare inspection checklist before consultant inspection

4. Safety Compliance

• Enforce site safety rules and PPE usage

• Conduct daily safety briefing (toolbox meeting)

• Ensure workers follow safety procedures

• Report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately

5. Material & Equipment Monitoring

• Monitor usage of construction materials

• Prevent material wastage and damage

• Check and control site tools, machinery and equipment

• Coordinate material delivery with store / purchasing

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site report

• Record manpower attendance

• Update work progress and site photos

• Assist in site measurement and progress claim
