Site Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to manage daily site operations for wet trade works, including plastering, skim coating, tiling, and panel installation.

You will be responsible for ensuring quality work, worker productivity, and smooth coordination with main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

. Supervise daily site activities for:

. Plastering works

. Skim coating

. Tiling works

. LCPC / wall panel installation

. Plan and assign work to workers based on daily targets

. Ensure works meet BTO quality standards (very important to reduce defects)

. Check surface level, alignment, and finishing before handover

. Coordinate with:

. Main contractor site engineers

. Other trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.)

. Monitor worker productivity and control manpower usage

. Ensure proper use of materials to avoid wastage

. Conduct daily site inspections and solve on-site issues fast

. Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow safety rules

. Prepare simple daily reports (progress, manpower, issues)
