EXECUTIVE

Role Overview:

As a Renovation Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting daily renovation and site operations, including hacking and demolition works. You will be responsible for ensuring renovation materials, equipment, and manpower are arranged and delivered on time, site activities run smoothly, and all works are carried out in accordance with project schedules, safety requirements, and company procedures.

This role requires close coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, supervisors, and clients to support efficient and safe renovation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Plan, coordinate, and support daily renovation operations, including hacking, demolition, and reinstatement works, in accordance with project schedules and work plans.

. Arrange and coordinate the timely delivery of renovation materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.

. Prepare, manage, and verify delivery-related documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO) based on Purchase Orders (PO).

. Coordinate loading, unloading, and safe handling of renovation materials at site to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

. Support site supervisors and contractors in day-to-day renovation activities and operational requirements.

. Monitor work progress and assist in resolving site, logistics, or manpower-related issues.

. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate material supply.

. Conduct basic site inspections to ensure materials are delivered correctly and stored properly.

. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are in good working condition prior to deployment.

. Arrange vehicle servicing, equipment maintenance, and repairs when required.

. Provide basic customer support, including coordination with clients on site access, delivery schedules, and work arrangements.

. Follow operational instructions issued by the Supervisor or Project Manager.

. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting renovation materials weighing approximately 20kg-40kg.

. Willing to work on Sundays, Public Holidays, and overtime when required by project schedules.

Working Location: Bedok North

Requirements:

. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with hands-on exposure to renovation, hacking, demolition, or construction-related works.

. Possess at least a Higher Education Certificate or Diploma in any field.

. Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

. Strong leadership abilities and people management skills.

. Good strategic, critical thinking, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

. Bilingual in English and Chinese, able to liaise with Chinese- and English-speaking clients and workers.

. Able to adapt, prioritize tasks, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask, and work independently.

. Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

. Strong time management skills meticulous, responsible, and mature in work attitude.
