SITE SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enforcing all safety regulations and procedures on site.
• Conducting safety inspections to identify hazards and address potential risks.
• Ensuring workers wear proper safety gear and follow safety protocols.
• Managing and assigning tasks to construction workers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Providing on-site training and guidance to workers as needed.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in billligual, as need to communicate with different race workers.
• Able to do OT and ready to shift between different sites
• Must prepare to do work on PH and Sunday.
