Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Manage and guide site workers (including Chinese-speaking workers) to meet project requirements.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical/site issues, and report progress to Project Manager.
• Prepare site reports, work schedules, and documentation as required.
• Ensure quality control of all materials and workmanship on site.
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and relevant authorities where required.

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• At least 2-5 years relevant experience in construction/site supervision (experience in solar/MEP projects will be an advantage).
• Familiar with BCA regulations, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, and local building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin) to supervise and manage Chinese-speaking workers.
• Able to work independently and manage a team on site.
