Site Supervisor (M&E Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all M&E installation works, including electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, ACMV, and other building services.
• Coordinate M&E activities with architectural, structural, and civil works to avoid clashes and delays.
• Ensure subcontractors perform works according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical and site matters.
• Monitor work progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure M&E works comply with project requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and rectify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues.
• Assist in inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Ensure all works comply with BCA, SCDF, PUB, SP Group, and relevant statutory authority requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in construction safety and site supervision will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Experience in HDB, residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial projects preferred.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and construction practices in Singapore.
