Site Supervisor

• Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation.
• Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard.
• Preparing Risk Assignments.
• Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox.
• Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report.
• Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work.
• Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits.
• Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
• 10-12 years Manpower Management Experience.
• Should have experience in 24/7 operations
• Site safety and Knowledge in Risk assessment is advantage
• Should have Knowledge in Demolition Projects
