Job Summary
Report to the Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project Engineer to supervise construction works, ensuring all tasks meet project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities to maintain workflow and meet project timelines
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with subcontractors supervisors to align work progress
- Enforce adherence to Safe Work Procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Lead and guide a team of reinforced concrete (RC) workers to achieve quality and productivity targets
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately
- Minimum 1 years of experience supervising high-rise building projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience leading a group of reinforced concrete (RC) workers
