Job Summary
Lead site supervision and coordination of A&A works to ensure project quality, safety, and contract compliance within dynamic construction environments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site works to deliver projects on time and meet quality standards
- Monitor and control site activities with operations teams and contractors to optimize workflow efficiency
- Verify compliance of all works with project quality and safety plans, contract requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Enforce safety regulations and provisions on site to maintain a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction supervision role

- Apply strong safety knowledge and maintain a proactive safety attitude to prevent workplace incidents
- Collaborate effectively with site personnel using excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
