Job Description

To perform Site Supervisor (Lift and Escalator Maintenance Specialist) duties in an established building & construction company.

Detailed Responsibilities

To provide service support to Operation Team and undertake the following primary duties with due diligent:-

- To conduct site inspection as and when required

- Troubleshooting of pumps systems on site

- Assist in lift & escalator maintenance and other operations task as and when required

- To conduct assessor role at confined space as and when required

- To coach and impart necessary knowledge to junior colleagues

- Maintain sites cleanliness and orderliness

- Ensure sites safety working condition

- Reporting to operations manager directly

Requirements

- Relevant experience

- Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds

- Needs to work on standby mode (company mobile SIM card will be provided) to attend emergency pump system failure

- May needs to work on weekends & public holidays

- OT may be required on day shifts, weekends & public holidays, in case immediate troubleshooting required

- Preferrable with motorcycle driving licence
