Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise machine operators, drivers, and support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to project schedules.
Safety & Compliance : Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., weight limits, site distancing).
Operational Execution : Review plans, operate equipment for excavation, grading, and material placement, and ensure work matches engineering designs and specifications.
Equipment Management : Conduct daily inspections, perform basic maintenance, and report needs for repairs or replacements to keep machinery functional.
Communication & Coordination : Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders manage public relations, handle feedback, and explain construction impacts to residents.
Quality Control : Monitor work quality, check levels, and ensure standards are met, providing input for workflow improvements.
Requirements :
Proven experience operating heavy machinery and supervisory skills.
