We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all activities at the construction site.
Project oversight
- Ensure work is progressing according to schedule and specifications.
- Supervising construction progress from start to finish and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensuring timely delivery and availability of materials and equipment.
- Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.
Safety and compliance
- Enforcing all safety regulations on site to ensure work is performed safely.
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of protective equipment.
- Ensure that work meets the required standards and specifications.
Supervision and coordination
- Coordinating between various teams, subcontractors and engineers.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.
