We're looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Job Description
- Support Project Manager / Project Engineer on daily site work.
- Supervise site works and subcontractors activities.
- Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting
- Planning of manpower allocation
- Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping. Enforce WSH policies and drive safety on site.
- Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
- Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.
- Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.
Requirements:
- Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations
- Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
- Can work well in a team
- Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
