SITE SUPERVISOR

1.Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.including site progress, quality, safety, and project cost monitoring.

2.Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

3.To assist Construction Manager/Project Director lead site construction,resolve site issues.

4.Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.

5.Capable of handling more than 1 project at a time.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites.

Good knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Familiar with local building codes and project management tools.

Valid driver's license,Operate company lorry to make pickup workers when necessary.
