Site Supervisor (Have Motorbike License)

Job Scope:

• Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure proper application company products.
• Coordinate daily with MCSTs, owners, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and issues to the Office Management.
• Arrange manpower and delegate tasks to workers based on project requirements.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
• Assist with basic site documentation and reporting.
• Provide hands-on support when required to ensure job completion.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all site regulations.
• Attend site meetings and safety briefings as necessary.
• Ensure smooth delivery & hand over of projects

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in waterproofing, concrete, or construction chemical works.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate work schedules.
• Hands-on and willing to support physical work when necessary.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic experience in preparing site reports and documentation.
• Responsible, proactive, and a team player.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license(van provided) is a plus.
