As the Renovation Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on renovation job sites. You'll coordinate trades, ensure quality standards are met, maintain schedules, and act as the main point of contact between workers, clients, and the project manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site renovation activities.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and quality control checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate proactively with project managers.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial renovations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead hand role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with digital tools (e.g., project management apps, mobile phones, email).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
